Arrival and Departure
Rooms and apartment are available from 3.00 p.m. on the day you arrive. Should you be arriving after 6.00 p.m., we would ask that you let us know, with a quick call or by e-mail. Please vacate your room by 10.00 a.m. on the day you are due to depart.
Deposit
When you are making a reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price. We will send you confirmation upon receipt of payment.
Payment
You can settle your bill in CASH, using a DEBIT CARD (Maestro), VISA or MASTERCARD.
Bus
The bus stop (Florian Parkplatz) for the free ski and hiking bus is just a 1 minute walk from our hotel.
Breakfast
Our buffet breakfast can be enjoyed daily from 7.30 a.m. to 09.30 a.m.
Pets
Pets are not permitted.
Children
Baby facilities (cot, high chair, bed barrier) are made available free of charge on request.
Short stay
For stays of up to 4 nights there is a surcharge.
Longer stays
There is a discount for stays of 2 weeks and over.
Parking
Free car parking is available right at the hotel and at the parking garage.
Price details
The prices quoted for rooms are per person/night, incl. Buffet breakfast.
The prices quoted for the apartment are per unit/night, not including board, including final cleaning.
All prices excl. local taxes (€ 3.00 per person/night).
Smoker/Non-smoker
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted on balconies and in all outdoor areas. Non-compliance with this no-smoking rule will entitle us to charge a cleaning fee.
Travel cancellation insurance
Our experience shows that despite you are now looking forward to your holiday unexpected things can cross your plans. To avoid anger and unnecessary costs we recommend protecting yourself against cancellation or termination as well as rescue costs with the Hotel Cancellation.
Notice: If you decide not to conclude a cancellation insurance you have to bear arising expenses at your own in case of cancellation or termination.
Cancellations
Sometimes things turn out not how you might expect, and you have to cancel the holiday you have booked, or leave early.
Cancellation right as per § 18 Para. 1 Line. 10 FAGG is not applied; rather, provisions from Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply for bookings:
Up to 3 months before arrival cancellations can be effected free of charge. 3 months to 1 month before arrival will be charged 40 % of the package price. 1 month to 1 week before arrival, 70 % will be charged and cancellations made within the final week before you are due to arrive will be charged 90 % of the price. In the event of early departure, 100 % will be charged.
To avoid incurring any costs and a hassle we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Wellness area
Our wellness area is open daily in winter from 4.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. In summer the wellness area is closed. Bath towels are provided. A bathing robe and bathing slippers are also available from Reception for a fee.
